People usually join St Clements with great technical skills but a minimal understanding of the electricity and gas industries. Our unique role with the customers, often leading their industry analysis and requirements definition, will quickly enable you to develop domain knowledge. To become an expert will of course take some time, but with each person typically staying with St Clements for longer than 10 years, you should have plenty of time to do so.
