System Requirements Analysis and Design
St Clements provides experienced industry analysts who combine many years of industry knowledge with technical design skills. Our analysts have experience in designing industry trading arrangements, participant business processes and supporting computer applications.

System Build and Test
St Clements constructs applications using its in house build team and also has collaborative links with other software development companies. Software testing is a specialism of the company - we have expertise in managing multi-party test processes within our dedicated software test facility.

Application Support
St Clements delivers a full range of software support services according to agreed customer Service Levels. This includes a telephone support service, web-based application support portal, training, advice and error correction.

Joint Procurement and Project Management
St Clements has twenty years experience acting as procurement agent on behalf of a consortium of industry customers. We have particular aptitude in Contract Management and Project Management of third party development processes.
